Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how SpendTrack processes personal data. SpendTrack is operated by George Pieleanu PFA.

Information we collect

• Expenses you enter (amount, date, category, notes)
• Subscriptions you create (name, billing day, amount, category, active status)
• Income settings (including spouse income, if enabled)
• Android notification metadata used to detect payments (Android only, if you enable Notification Access)
• Technical/operational data such as IP address for API requests

Why we process data

• To provide expense/subscription tracking features
• To display analytics and dashboards
• To help you review captured payments (Android notifications feature)

Notification access (Android)

If you enable Notification Access, SpendTrack may read incoming notification content to detect payment events and create “captured payments” that require your review. Captured items are never auto‑approved.

Storage & security

Your data is stored on servers controlled by the operator. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the service at your own risk.

Your GDPR rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, you can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@brain4tech.ro.

Delete My Data

You can request deletion of your SpendTrack account and associated personal data.
